1st rate is for midweek double occupancy. 2nd rate is for Friday, Saturday & Holiday double occupancy. 2 to 3 night minimum stays are required for some peak weekends and holidays. There will be a $10 per person per night additional charge for more than 2 guests in a room. There is a $30 per night per pet charge. Rates are for accommodations only unless otherwise indicated in a dining or shopping package. Nightly rates do not include 9% N H Room and Meal Tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. A deposit in the amount of 50% of the entire stay will be required using a valid credit or debit card to guarantee the reservation.

CANCELLATIONS

A. Cancellation occurring 8 days or more of the desired check-in date will receive a 100% refund.

B. Cancellation occurring between 7 days and 2 days (48 hours) of the desired check-in date will receive a gift certificate valid for one year in the full amount of the deposit. This gift certificate is subject to all future reservation requirements and restrictions. This certificate is transferable.

C. Cancellation occurring within 48 hours of our 3:00 PM check-in time will result in loss of the full deposit.

Deposits: A 50% deposit is required for all visits. Deposits can be made in the form of credit card, bank or personal check. In the case of a personal check, a reservation cannot be confirmed until the check has cleared and a valid credit card number in the name of the person making the reservation will be required at check in. Credit card deposits will be processed at the time the reservation is made.
