Most of the legendary taverns in the great mountain towns of Sun Valley, Stowe, Lake Placid, and the Mt. Washington Valley are long gone. While some have survived the test of time many of these great pubs have been painted and polished to the point that they are glittery shadows of their former selves. Not our Tavern.
